What we can tell you about how our compounds are supplied, handled and documented — and what we deliberately do not claim.
How compounds are supplied
Every compound in the range is supplied lyophilised — freeze-dried to a solid cake — in a sealed glass vial with a crimped cap. Removing the water is what makes a peptide stable enough to store and ship; it stays that way until you reconstitute it.
Vial strength is stated on the label and on every product page. Nothing is sold decanted, repackaged or pre-mixed.
Storage and cold chain
The range is stored and dispatched at 2–8 °C. Lyophilised material is considerably more tolerant of transit conditions than material already in solution, which is why compounds ship freeze-dried rather than pre-reconstituted.
Once reconstituted, keep refrigerated and follow the storage guidance on the product page. Our peptide calculator will tell you the concentration you have prepared.
Certificates of analysis
Certificates are available on request rather than published on the product pages. If you need to see the documentation we hold for a particular compound, ask us and we will send it.
We would rather tell you what we actually have than publish a purity figure as decoration. Where we give you a number, it comes from a document we can show you.
What we do not claim
We do not make therapeutic claims. Product pages state what a compound is, what it is structurally, and what it is studied for — not what it will do for anyone. Nothing we sell is a medicine, none of it has been evaluated by the MHRA, the FDA or any other regulatory authority, and none of it is intended for human or veterinary use.
If you see a claim on this site that goes further than that, tell us — we would want to correct it.
