About the products
Are these for human use?
No. All products are supplied for laboratory and research use only, and are not intended for human consumption. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
What does lyophilised mean?
Freeze-dried. Removing the water improves stability during storage and transport until the compound is reconstituted.
What is bacteriostatic water?
Sterile water containing a small amount of benzyl alcohol, used to reconstitute lyophilised research materials in laboratory settings. The preservative is what allows a vial to be drawn from more than once.
Why do some compounds need refrigeration?
Many are sensitive to heat and light. Refrigeration helps maintain stability, particularly after reconstitution. Our range is stored and shipped at 2–8 °C — always follow the storage conditions given on the product page.
What is a peptide blend?
Two or more compounds combined in a single formulation, allowing several pathways to be studied at once rather than preparing each separately.
Can I see a certificate of analysis?
Yes — certificates are available on request rather than published on the product pages. Contact us with the compound you are asking about and we will send what we hold.
Ordering and delivery
How do I pay?
Payment is by bank transfer through our authorised open banking provider. You approve the payment in your own banking app — we never see or store your bank details. There is no card payment option, and therefore no card chargeback route; refunds are handled by us directly under our refunds policy.
Where do you ship?
We dispatch from the UK, both domestically and worldwide. Some compounds cannot be sent to certain countries because they are controlled there — restricted items are blocked at checkout and you will be told before any payment is taken.
Who pays customs and import charges?
You are the importer of record. Duties, taxes and clearance charges raised by the destination country are yours to pay, and it is your responsibility to check that what you are ordering may lawfully be imported where you live.
What if something arrives damaged or incorrect?
Tell us with photographs of the vial and the outer packaging. Where we have sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, we replace or refund it in full including delivery.
For research purposes only. Not for human consumption. Not for medical use. Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
