Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation. You will receive a tracking number by email when the parcel leaves us.
Where we ship
We ship from the UK, both domestically and worldwide. Some compounds cannot be sent to certain countries because they are controlled there. Restricted items are blocked at checkout and you will be told before payment.
Customs and import
You are the importer of record. Duties, taxes and clearance charges levied by the destination country are yours to pay. It is your responsibility to check that what you are ordering may lawfully be imported where you live.
Seized or detained parcels
Checking that these compounds may lawfully be imported into your country is your responsibility, and you should satisfy yourself on that before ordering. Where a parcel is detained or seized by customs in the destination country, we are not able to refund or replace it. Customs decisions are made by the authorities of the destination country, outside our control and without notice to us, and we have no means of recovering either the goods or the funds once a parcel is held.
Cold chain
Lyophilised compounds are shipped at ambient temperature and are stable in transit. No product in our catalogue requires cold shipping.
