IMPORTANT NOTICE — RESEARCH USE ONLY All products sold by Cortex Peptides are supplied strictly for in vitro laboratory and scientific research purposes only. They are not medicines, have not been approved for human or veterinary consumption and must not be self-administered or given to others. By accessing our website and placing an order you confirm you have read, understood and agreed to this notice in full.
1. Agreement to Terms By accessing cortexpeptides.co.uk or placing an order with Cortex Peptides Ltd you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree you must not use our site or purchase our products.

2. Eligibility By placing an order you confirm that:

- You are not in a jurisdiction where purchase of research chemicals is prohibited
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.
3. Research Use Policy By purchasing you agree that:

- Products will not be self-administered or given to any person or animal
- Products will be stored and handled in accordance with applicable safety guidelines
- You accept full personal responsibility and liability for use of any product purchased

Cortex Peptides Ltd reserves the right to cancel any order where there is reasonable suspicion that products are being purchased for purposes other than legitimate research.
4. Products and Descriptions We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and information are accurate. However we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on our site is complete, accurate or error-free. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.
5. Pricing All prices are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of ordering.
In the event of a pricing error we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund.
6. Orders and Payment By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your payment card details.
7. Shipping and Delivery We ship to the UK and internationally. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery.
UK orders are dispatched within 48 hours of order confirmation, Monday to Friday. International delivery times vary by destination.
All orders are shipped in discreet temperature-controlled packaging. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs authorities or circumstances beyond our control.
For international orders you are responsible for ensuring the import of research chemicals is legal in your jurisdiction and for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.
8. Returns and Refunds Please refer to our Refund Policy which forms part of these Terms. Due to the nature of research chemicals we operate a strict returns policy. Opened or unsealed products cannot be returned under any circumstances.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties To the fullest extent permitted by law our products and Services are provided on an "as is" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that products are suitable for any particular research purpose or will produce any specific result or outcome.
10. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law Cortex Peptides Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage, loss of profits, revenue or data, personal injury or death arising from misuse of our products, or legal consequences arising from a customer's failure to comply with applicable laws.
Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that order.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Intellectual Property All content on this website including text, images, graphics, logos and design are the property of Cortex Peptides Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content from this site without our prior written consent.
12. Prohibited Use You agree not to use our site or products to:

Notwithstanding the above, customers located in the European Union retain all rights afforded to them under applicable EU consumer protection legislation, including but not limited to the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as an EU consumer.
16. Severability If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
17. Entire Agreement These Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Cortex Peptides Ltd in relation to your use of our site and the purchase of our products.
